At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia in March 2020, the explosion in demand for PPE created distribution and logistics challenges to reach healthcare workers (Nakes) in the regions at that critical time.
Hydromaster Indonesia also participated as a donor in the supply of PPE in the form of hazmat and masks to several community health centers in the South Sulawesi and West Nusa Tenggara regions.
The health centers that received assistance from Hydromaster Indonesia are:

- Sengkol Community Health Center, Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara
- Kediri Community Health Center, West Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara
- Labuan Badas Community Health Center Unit 1, Sumbawa, NTB
