Konsep tata kelola ini memastikan bahwa limbah cair industri dapat didaur ulang dan digunakan kembali secara penuh.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Cara Kerja<i> Zero Liquid Discharge<\/i> dalam Memproses Air Limbah<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ZLD bukanlah sebuah mesin tunggal, melainkan sebuah sistem aplikasi yang mengintegrasikan berbagai tahapan pemrosesan fisik dan termokimia. Pemisahan Awal Menggunakan Teknologi Membran<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Langkah pertama dalam sistem ini umumnya menggunakan teknologi pemisahan membran tingkat lanjut (seperti <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ultra Filtration<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reverse Osmosis<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) untuk memisahkan molekul air bersih dari polutan. Air murni hasil saringan dapat langsung didaur ulang ke dalam sistem utilitas pabrik.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Setelah proses pemisahan tersebut, aliran yang tidak dapat menembus membran akan menjadi limbah konsentrat cair dengan tingkat garam dan kotoran yang sangat pekat. Di titik inilah tahapan pengolahan inti dari sebuah sistem <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zero Liquid Discharge<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mulai berjalan.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>2. Proses Evaporasi Termal Berteknologi MEE dan MVR<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Limbah cair dengan konsentrasi ekstrem tersebut kemudian dialirkan memasuki fasilitas evaporasi. Untuk menguapkan air dan menyisakan zat polutannya dengan tingkat efisiensi pemakaian energi yang optimal, sistem ini bergantung pada pengaplikasian teknologi <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Multi-Effect Evaporation<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (MEE) serta <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mechanical Vapor Recompression<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (MVR).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kedua teknologi mesin evaporasi ini telah teruji keandalannya karena telah digunakan secara global di pasar industri selama 30 tahun terakhir. Memanfaatkan teknologi uap dan evaporasi sangat menguntungkan, karena mampu mereduksi biaya operasional hingga 50% sampai 70%.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>3. Kristalisasi dan Ekstraksi Menjadi Limbah Padat<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sebagian besar sisa air murni akan menguap untuk kemudian dikondensasi kembali, sehingga menyisakan kontaminan polutan dalam wujud larutan yang sangat padat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proses rekayasa terakhir yang diterapkan adalah tahap kristalisasi dan pengeringan.
